RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Dynamic Deals

OVERVIEW
At Dynamic Deals, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased on clearance or sale (if applicable)


3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Email

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process


4. REFUND POLICY
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 business days


5. REFUND METHOD

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method


6. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Please allow some processing time

  • Contact us for further assistance
